ere is a scan of the page in Playgirl Magazine with Gjorgett on her horse trigger.  I have no idea why they cropped the top of the photo and cut off her eyes and head.  I have sent an email asking and will update here if/when they respond.  She is one of the most beautiful women I have ever met and the photo with her expression made it all great, I personally am somewhat disappointed at their decision for doing this for any reason.
