here are several misconceptions about "Pony Play". One of the biggest misconception is thinking it has anything to do with a sexual activity or anything to do with bestiality (sex with animals). For me, both are these are incorrect; in fact, for most everyone I know that has an interest in role playing as a horse or animal, this is incorrect. I am sure there may be some that enjoy "role play" as a form of "foreplay" with their partner but 99% of the people I've ever met with Pony Play interests all agree it is not a sexual activity. Erotic? , For most, Yes! Yet I still get asked about real animals a lot.. (some people just don't understand I guess) this is not about bestiality. The closest to bestiality would be 2 humans where one is acting like an animal. But again, most that I have met in Pony Play do not see it sexually. See also FAQ

What is Pony Play? That varies with each person. Just as it is in the real equine world, there are many variations. I am a riding horse and prefer English reining, mostly because the rider has no neck room for neck reining. I am also a 2 legged shoulder riding and cart horse. I know other human equines that are 2 legged but have modified saddles, others are ponies on all fours, others are cart ponies only, show ponies only, etc... Some like the challenge of a relentless rider, others like the softer side of it. There is no way to say what is right or wrong as long as ALL INVOLVED are CONSENTING to the activities.

For me, I prefer my rider to see me, think of me, enjoy me, ride me, train me AS her horse, not someone acting "like" a horse. Therefore, when I AM her horse, that is all that I am.. her horse. No talking, no use of hands, no choices.. totally her horse.

I Do workshops and have done workshops all across the USA about pony play.  I may be slow to respond, but if you have questions, feel free to send me an email.  I hope this helps explain this wonderful world that so many are beginning to explore and enjoy. And if you think it is strange, then you haven't seen or noticed some of the television shows & commercials and/or print commercials that show a form of pony play...  and remember back when you were a kid and you played games.. wasn't there some "horse" play then?  Didn't your mom and/or dad ride you around like a pony? For some, "giddy up" was probably the first words spoken <LOL>! Bottom line.. There is no reason why we can't continue having fun and playing horsy as an adult.  So...ENJOY the ride!
